You must credit London Arrangements as the track producers in any literature relating to performance, such as programmes, liner notes, etc.

If you are going to pay by cheque or cash we will require payment before the work required is undertaken. This is to prevent financial loss to London Arrangements.

If CD delivery is selected, multiple tracks will be produced on a single CD, unless you state in "Special Requests" that you would prefer them on separate CDs. In the case of credit or debit card orders, CDs will be despatched within 2 working days of ordering. If you select download delivery you will receive email instructions within 1 working day of ordering. By working day we mean Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. With cheque or cash payments, the work will be undertaken upon receipt of the required payment. If there is going to be any delay we will notify you at the earliest opportunity - at this stage you will have the opportunity to cancel the order if required.

When an order has been received via our website from you, we will e-mail you to confirm receipt of the order.

When a completed order is despatched from London Arrangements we will either e-mail you or telephone you to confirm this. If an order has not been received within two working days of the order despatch confirmation, please contact us and we will investigate.

London Arrangements cannot be held responsible for items delayed in the post. All orders will be despatched via Royal Mail First Class post. If you require items to be sent via recorded delivery or by any other delivery method then any costs incurred will be charged to you.

If London Arrangements cannot fulfil an order then all monies already paid will be returned.

We do not offer refunds on any tracks purchased due to licensing regulations. Therefore you are strongly advised to check whether the particular track is suitable for your requirements, before purchasing, by listening to the relevant sample clip and reading the necessary details for a track. If any goods are damaged upon receipt then we will of course gladly replace the item.

When London Arrangements agree to an order submitted by you, in general the details of your order cannot be changed at a later date. Please contact us as soon as possible if you believe that you have placed an incorrect order. We will of course do all we can to accommodate late changes but this cannot be guaranteed.
